Bid Manager - London - 3 month contract

As part of the Capita Health & Wellbeing division, Capita Medical Reporting provides medical reporting, screening, rehabilitation and diagnostic services to the health sector. They are looking for an interim Bid Manager to join them in their London offices to provide assistance in a number of formal tender processes. This is a new role within the business and they are looking for an experienced Bid Management professional to provide in-depth understanding of the bid governance and tender process.

Working alongside the Sales Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bid development response for opportunities identified within the NHS and healthcare sector. In addition, the key duties will include quality assurance, bid governance, compliance to Capita standards and bid management information reporting.

To be considered for this high-profile opportunity, you must be an accomplished and experienced Bid Manager. In addition, it is essential that you are can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Experience of working within the healthcare or public sector
* Evidence of strong project management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of producing written documentation in a sales environment
* Experience of prioritising workloads and working to deadlines
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
