Bid Manager

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Manager to join one of our sites in London city centre on a contract basis for nine to twelve months (covering maternity leave), starting as soon as possible.

In this position you will be responsible for leading the bid response development process for opportunities identified within the resourcing and people development businesses, and occasionally for the learning and development businesses either through public tender notices, such as OJEU, or through direct sales leads generated by the sales team. As well as quality assurance, bid governance, compliance to Capita standards and bid management information reporting. The role includes line management responsibility for the bid co-ordinator, and must ensure that the bid co-ordinator is utilised affectively in support of the central bid team.

To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished and experienced Bid Manager or Tender Writing professional. Bid management within the recruitment, assessment, talent management and development services sector will be a distinct advantage. Superior organisation, people management, reporting and interpersonal skills are paramount. The ability to work autonomously and independently is also essential. Due to the urgent nature of this contract we are only in a position to consider candidates with immediate availability.
