Bid Coordinator - Contract - Hampshire

Working for a large telecoms company, my client is looking for a bid coordinator in the Hampshire area.

The role is to work on the coordination and preparation of tenders/proposals for a large, fast moving division. You will be developing tender/proposals from first principles to contract award, whilst ensuring the required company values and drive are incorporated in them.  You will also be liaising with clients and other key stakeholders to ensure the bid process is working as efficiently as possible. 

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Bid management and coordinator

Preparation of cost estimates

Client Liaison

Preparation of tender submissions

Liaise with commercial department

Prepare and submit internal governance documentation

Candidates will be experienced estimators with knowledge of the full bid life cycle. You will have a bid and proposal background and will have ideally have experience of large, public and private sector projects. You will have worked on the preparation of cost estimates, ideally with some bid management experience as will.  This role will involve some work on the field and travel to sites so a UK driving licence is required.
