Bid Coordinator

Based on the CBD Fringe, this well known international organisation is looking for a Bid Coordinator/Bid Book Manager to work with their large Bid team and work on a number of bids in the public and private

In this role, you will coordinate bid teams and support staff to ensure bids are smoothly produced. You will be responsible for a number of objectives including the design and format of the tender responses, driving the bid schedule, identifying bid requirements; and supporting the Bid Manager and bid teams. You will also manage the bid data repository and bid library to ensure that best practices are adhered to.

The candidate we are looking for has:

- Tertiary qualification in engineering, business, sales or marketing
- At least 3 years in bid and proposal management or program management
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong business writing skills in English
- Strong ability to research and record findings
- Knowledge of Project Management tools

This role may require police checks prior to commencement.
