Bid Configuration Manager

We are looking for a Bid Configuration Manager to assess and plan for the satisfaction of Configuration Management (CM) requirements for a specific bid or group of bids in accordance with company
procedures and company information systems within bid delivery timescales. This
role also ensures bid document baselines are identified and controlled.

Works in accordance with the Manage Bid, Manage Configuration & Manage
Documentation processes
Deploys and ensures usage of CM tools for the Bid team
Identifies, controls and manages Bid Documentation Baselines
Reviews tenders and identifies CM requirements
Specifies how CM requirements will be met
Works with the Bid team to validate specified CM requirements
Provides a CM input into cross functional tender requirements
Performs CM Assessments on identified partners/major subcontractors where
required
Identifies and highlights foreseen Bid or Project risks and opportunities
Provides responses to CM tender requirements and communicates
responses to Bid team
Establishes a CM Plan
Establishes a CM estimate
