Our client, a leading provider of services to the NHS are looking to recruit a Bid Coordinator into their team.

You will be working with the Head of Bids to manage the development of bid strategies through to contract close and Implementation.

Key responsibilities will include:-

To support the interface between Exec, Sales, Commercial, Technical and Operational staff and facilitate the development of robust Bid strategies and commercially viable financial models.
To support the production of technical, commercial, legal and operational content for Bids.
To support the production, and deliver content for other New Business documentation (eg pre-qualification questionnaires).
To administrate project meetings - prepare agendas, take minutes and chase actions - and support the Senior Bid Manager, Head Of Bidding & Tactical Sales, and Project Manager as appropriate in the development of tenders.
To provide admin support to the New Business team in the bid and tendering process.
To administrate all live tenders including the effective administration of external face to face meetings.
To assist in the development, formatting and production of Bids.
To ensure New Business documentation is edited and formatted to a high standard.
To ensure New Business systems, processes and procedures are followed.
