Bid Co-ordinator/Junior Bid Manager/contract expert/12 Month contract/London/airline

I am actively recruiting a Bid Co-ordinator for a leading client based in Central London, my client requires experience of working within the Airline industry.

*Working closely within the Commercial Team regarding contract negotiations and financial implications.
*Supporting the sales team by assisting in the development of bid opportunities generated from various sources.
*Full participation in the bid process to renew or extend valued contracts and secure new business
*Inputting into the preparation of briefing documents and then supporting a team to Bid from the start of the process to the end, through to final presentation.
*Assisting in the successful structuring, designing and producing of proposals in order to in business.
*Building a thorough understanding of airlines' needs and requirements as part of the RFP process
*Develop and maintain internal relationships with the sales team and other key management personnel.
*Working with all departments within IFP to gather necessary information and delegate work as needed
*Compilation of the document in Microsoft publisher and other programmes from the Microsoft Suite of programmes
*Support the sales team and the business as a whole to maintain a standard library of bid information, developing new content where required.
