Solution Developer

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for Solution Developer.

As Solution Developer you will get opportunity to deliver various solutions to one of the largest Telecom companies around the globe. Working in multicultural company you will be responsible for technical aspect of the solution, and in addition, being part of the team of Engineers create business value for the customer.
You will work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation, configuration and development of outlined solution requirements. This role will participate in the development of the solution architecture within development project.
SD is reporting to Development Stream Leader.

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure high quality in solution architecture implementation.

Responsibilities

Solution Developer is a key person with primary responsibility on the new solution development utilizing BMC, BPMS, ESB and Labor Automation. The main responsibility would be to focus on Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC) solution development
Your will be also involved in:
lab environment establishment
solution development
compliance check
FOA preparations

Competence & Skills

The following competences are expected of you:
Create Analytical models
Explore, search, normalize and clear data
Design and Implemented new dashboards using IBM Cognos workspace
Develop Active reports for users to use offline and on mobile devices
Expertise in Relational and Dimensional (DMR) Modeling
Expertise in Report building using Report Studio and Analysis Studio
Fluent in English

Experience
We expect you to have:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar education and relevant work experience, at least 10 years.
Experience in a variety of development projects, able to develop adapters to facilitate communication towards Enterprise Service Bus
Worked closely with different business teams to gather requirements, pre Develop complex Reports using different features like slice & dice, Drill capabilities, queries, Master detail and cross tab tables with multiple break spare functional and technical documents and UAT Process
Architecture Low Level Design experience
Experience in writing SQL,T-SQL,PL/SQL Packages, Stored procedures, Functions, Triggers, Cursors as per the business needs
Documented experience of development of IT/Telco management platforms.
Experience from an international working environment

Knowledge
We expect you to have the following knowledge:
Based on requirement specifications develop adapters to facilitate communication towards Enterprise Service Bus, with focus on quality and scalability.
Subject matter expertise
IT/Telco Technical knowledge
IT/Telco Technical platform knowledge
Program management knowledge

Good knowledge in relevant frameworks, reference models and EA tools. Good knowledge in EA & Telco, IT Industry frameworks/reference model like TOGAF, ITIL, NGOSS.
Knowledge from industries eg IT, Telecom

Manage Service Competence
