BI TESTER/DWH/SSRS/SSIS/SSAS/ETL

My client is an International Banking client looking for a BI Tester who has vast experience with DW and BI testing. The desired candidate will be working in the Risk department where they work in a Agile Framework. The position is a long term contract in The Netherlands. The BI tester will be responsible for the testing, accuracy and quality assurance of technical solutions to support reporting an analytics.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF TESTING DATA QUALITY IN DATA WAREHOUSE BASED SYSTEMS.
- Ability to develop and use test plans, test cases, test scripts, and release notes
- Excellent SQL skill and understanding of database design and implementation
- STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH MS SQL SERVER, INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND DEBUG COMPLEX SQL STORED PROCEDURES/QUERIES
- EXPERIENCE WITH ETL TOOLS
- GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SSIS 2012 TEST EXECUTION, DEBUGGING AND DEPLOYMENT IS NEEDED.
- Strong Data Analysis skills and the ability to track a data element from source through transformation to target

(Source to Target Mapping).

- Awareness on data quality issues and data cleansing; prepare and manage test data where required.
- EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE AND WEB PRODUCT TESTING, FUNCTIONAL TESTING, DEVELOPMENT, AND DEPLOYMENT.
