Finalized requirement specification and solution design document
Provision of a development roadmap
Validated and approved effort estimation and budget calculation and optimized budget allocation proposal

Preparation and provision of a detailed project plan, risk management and QA plan
Provision of an aligned resource plan consisting of internal and external BICC as well as IT technology resources
