BI Team Manager - Reporting - Brussels

A leading provider of Financial Services based in the heart of Brussels requires a Business Intelligence Team Manager to head up reporting specifically within Captial Markets.
We require an interim manager for a minimum period of 6 months.
The person will be manager of 4 staff members, the main tasks of this function are;
-
Follow up, coaching and motivation of team members
-
Organisation of the work, prioritization and delivery of required reports
-
Detection, communication and follow-up of the incidents in order to maintain a high quality of data reporting
-
Participation in projects (implementations, solutions)
-
Assist your team in development of Business Objects reports
Requirements;
-
Strong IT experience in Database and Datawarehouse architecture
-
Good knowledge of Banking, specifically Capital Markets
-
Deep knowledge of relational databases
-
Deep knowledge of SQL
-
Good knowledge of BI tools, specifically Business Objects
