BI Specialist data warehouse developer, Oracle. PL/SQL, Cobol.

Job description:
In regard to our programs, improvements and security (VMV) track is in need of an experienced data warehouse developer that can also contribute ideas in analysis phase.
In addition to this new construction will also work on the phasing out of some old parts and lodging in the architecture of the new system.

The BI Specialist is used in the following areas:
Analysis of the information needs of the ORDER and the functional translation to a working IT system.
Professional coaching of data analysts
Making detailed specifications and designs
Building program components in PL/SQL
Advise on the impact of changes in justice-chain
Advise on build interfaces for automated information exchange between chain partners
Analysis in phasing out and rebuilding of existing (Legacy) software

Function requirements:
minimum 5 years of proven experience with Data warehouses
at least 2 years proven experience with oracle designer
experience with PL/SQL
experience with the data streams in the criminal justice chain
worked as information analyst/Designer
able to read and analyze Cobol code
knowledge of Oracle Warehouse builder
knowledge of Oracle BIEE and Oracle Discoverer
knowledge of Kimball and Datavault
