BI Specialist/BI Administrator/Business Intelligence Expert - Telco do

For my global client in Saudi Arabia, I am seeking a BI Specialist/BI Administrator/Business Intelligence Expert fora 9+ month contract.

Project scope is as follows:

Experience with BI Architecture & ETL and Data Warehousing
Experience with Oracle BI (OBIEE) and Data stage tool and knowledge of OBIEE 11g will be preferred.
Strong experience in Data Modeling and Dashboard and Report Design
Experience with PL/SQL language and knowledge of Weblogic is must.
3-4 Full cycle BI Tool implementations preferably with Oracle OBIEE, with at-least one large scale implementation
Experience integrating OBIEE with other systems
Experience with supporting pre-sales, leading solution design/architecture
Provide expert knowledge on Business Intelligence strategies and best practices
Lead and provide guidance on Business Intelligence Engagements
Provide standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address enterprise OBIEE issues.
Drive master schema development, star schema development, access business rules, and Master Data design, Modeling extension tables for fact and dimensions
Knowledge of creating Security at object and data level, Creation of users and user groups and assigning permissions to users, Setting Query limits and timing restrictions
Good knowledge of Cache management, Should know how to Purge cache and event handling tables. How to make the table cacheable, How to set cache in NQSCONFIG.INI file Analyze client data and environments and develop appropriate software configurations to meet client requirements
