BI Solutions Designer - London - £270-£300 P/Day - 3 months+

A leading financial services regulator company is looking for a solution designer to join their new project in London.

Key Skills/Experience:

Essential
- Experience of ETL development and implementation
- Experience of Data Warehouse design, development and delivery.
- Proven track record of working with:
-- Oracle 10g and/or 11g
-- SQL
-- Toad
-- Windows XP
- Experience with Datamodelling for analysis and reporting
- Experience of working in a standard project environment
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Good oral and written communication skills

Desirable
- Other Cognos skills and knowledge such as Metric Studio and Event Studio
- Exposure to ODI and/or OBIEE
- Data Warehouse performance tuning.
- Experience with data cleansing techniques
- Familiarity with, or ability to quickly grasp, the business drivers of the FSA, as well as its primary processes.
- Good consulting and relationship management skills and an ability to work comfortably at all levels of the organisation.
