BI Scrum Master

Gazelle Global consulting IT is looking for a BI Scrum master

This position is located in Brussels to work for 6 months as a contractor to begin ASAP. You have to speak French Fluently or Dutch Fluently and have a good level in English. Payrate depend on your profile

Project Follow-up set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the project team face any obstacles
Provide assistance or support to the product owner concerning the Product Backlog
Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes

Project methodology and Coaching
Coach and challenge the Project Team
Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual selforganization
Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
Ambassador of agile methods within the company
Provide to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects

Profile

Experience

Min 10 years of experience
3-5 years as project manager with Scrum experience

Education Mandatory

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Technical Experience

Mandatory Proven experience as a Project Manager with projects
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods: eg Prince2, Agile (Scrum), PMI, PMBOX
Expert knowledge of Agile methodology & techniques (eg Kanban)
Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (eg Jira)
Preferable Experience with BI projects
Mandatory You have strong experience in project management with multidisciplinary teams.
