BI REPORTING ANALYST/BUSINESS ANALYST JOB - FINANCE - GERMAN SPEAKING

A German-speaking Business Intelligence (BI) reporting analyst with strong knowledge of Business Objects (BO) and Cognos is required for a 6 month initial contract with a large financial client in Zurich.
You will be working on the global MIS application covering a range of financial reporting needs (P&L, Client Asset Reporting, Net New Money Reporting, KPI).
You will be responsible for leading, coordinating and managing the requirements gathering process for planned changes to the global platform, whilst keeping in mind the varied usability from a Business Intelligence (BI) perspective.
You should have the following skills/experience:
- a profound understanding & experience of data analysis, Business Intelligence products (Cognos, Business Objects)
- Knowledge of MIS & DWH concepts
- Profound finance/controlling/accounting knowledge would be a big advantage
- Hands-on experience with Business Objects, SQL, data structuring, reporting
- Fluent German & English language skills
The daily rate for this position is 750 - 950CHF/day depending on experience
