BI Programmer With Birst

One of our clients based in ANTWERP, BELGIUM has a requirement for a BI PROGRAMMER who has strong experience with Birst. Immediate Interviews.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Excellent understanding of business intelligence, reporting and analytics technologies, concepts, architectures and methodologies
-Excellent project management skills and experience in a complex, fast-paced organization-defining project characters and business cases, scoping, communications and full life cycle project management
-Strong business analysis skills - capturing and documenting requirements, understanding business impacts and tradeoffs, conducting interviews and workshops, proposing solutions, documentation and process mapping etc
-Strong data and BI analysis skills - detailed analysis and definitions of KPI's, measures, business logic and calculations and aggregations, Source system analysis, reporting requirements, etc.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills - ability to bridge between technical and non - technical audiences
-Ability to work successfully in a highly matrixed and global organizational model
-Must be self managed highly motivated and have a strong drive for results
-must be willing and able to deal with a high level of complexity and ambiguity

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- Engage with business stakeholders to define road maps, negotiate program scope and time lines
- Define and drive programs and projects relevant to the delivery of BI, reporting and analytics capabilities
- Lead project communications, release planning, change management and post - go-live support activities
