BI Program Manager

WA Consultants are looking for a BI Programme/Project Manager to work on contract in Antwerp, Belgium. The contract will be 3-6 months long and will be paying 400-550 EUR a day.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Program Manager within our Harman Connected Services Analytics team to lead the definition and delivery of Reporting & Analytics solutions.
- This role will be part of a core Analytics team that will be onsite at customer site providing Thought Leadership and Program Management support.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent architecture and program management skills and ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- This PM must also have a strong background and significant experience in delivering Business Intelligence and analytics solutions.

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

DESCRIPTION

- Excellent understanding of business intelligence, reporting and analytics technologies, concepts, architectures and methodologies
- Excellent project management skills and experience in a complex, fast-paced organization - defining project charters and business cases, scoping, communications and full life cycle project management
- Strong business analysis skills - capturing and documenting requirements, understanding business impacts and tradeoffs, conducting interviews and workshops, proposing solutions, documentation and process

mapping, etc.
- Strong data and BI analysis skills - detailed analysis and definitions of KPIs, measures, business logic and calculations, hierarchies and aggregations, source system analysis, reporting requirements, etc.
- Strong familiarity with operational processes, systems and data in multiple areas of operations - such as Supply Chain Planning, logistics, Channel Operations, product operations, etc.
- Working experience and background in multiple operations functions strongly preferred
- Experience in designing and delivering BI/data warehousing/analytics solutions from the business perspective
- Defining and executing data validation strategies, user acceptance testing, and release plans
- Strong familiarity with BIRST and Salesforce

EDUCATION DETAILS

- Minimum of 10-15 years of work experience desired with track record of high performance
- Masters Degree Or MBA Preferred

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- Engage with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, negotiate program scope and timelines
- Define and drive programs and projects relevant to the delivery of BI, reporting, and analytics capabilities
- Drive the definition of business requirements for reporting, dashboards, analytics and ad-hoc reporting
- Manage and deliver BI projects with a high level of predictability, quality and client satisfaction
- Own and drive the complete project life cycle from a business perspective - including scoping, business analysis, user acceptance testing, and support
- Be able to manage projects in both an agile and waterfall methodology
- Provide proper level of structure and governance to the program, while adhering to all the standard project methodologies, templates and processes within the organization
- Lead project communications, release planning, change management and post-go-live support activities
