BI ORACLE IS URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR A LONG TERM POSITION WITH A MAJOR CLIENT BASED IN AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS.

For this assignment you will work in a dynamic environment where data is everything. We are in the progress of implementing a data driven company and working with the latest technologies. As part of that, we are in progress of renewing our CRM software. Our CRM software is linked closely with our Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions. To support the CRM project, we are looking for an experienced BI Consultant who can help us delivering on our ambition.

KEY SKILLS

- Extensive knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL knowledge (developing and configuring)
- Good knowledge of data warehousing principles, including dimensional and data vault modelling
- Key competency in troubleshooting issues, process chains, and extraction and transformation loads
- Experienced in requirements gathering and writing Functional and Technical designs
- Experienced in optimizing query tuning and loading performance
- Partners well with business and functional analysts to interpret business reporting requirements and design accurate and stable technical solutions
- Experienced in agile way of working, data as an asset and data-driven platforms
- Nice to have knowledge of Cognos or similar reporting tools
- Nice to have knowledge of Oracle APEX
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive and assertive working attitude
- Team player as part of a big project
- Basic understanding of business processes in the energy industry
- Fluent in English and Dutch language skills (B1+/B2)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience in Oracle PL/SQL development

Experience in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing

Minimum of Bachelor degree in computer sciences

Oracle certification - OCA/OCP would be preferred
