BI MDM Consultant/Coordinator - Contract- Hannover-ASAP

SAP BI/MDM CONSULTANT/COORDINATOR HANNOVER AREA

Montreal Associates is currently looking for a SAP BI/MDM CONSULTANT/COORDINATOR fuer ein 3 Monate Projekt in der Hannover area.

Role/Task:
- Experienced SAP BI/MDM consultant with at least 3-5 years relevant experience
- Planning and realization of application management for BI and MDM systems
- Management of service providers
- Compliance of all relevant systems resp. agreed services with all security/ICS requirements
- Calculation and controlling of operational costs and coordination with all related departments
- Design and realization of strategic concepts for the design of Datawarehouse system landscape in order to optimize efficiency of services (sourcing optimization)
- Responsible for the internal and external escalation management with internal and external suppliers and customers
- Steering of customer and application management for SAP BI within 2nd level support
- Steering of taking over development projects into support
- Operational planning of SAP BI systems and evaluation of internal and external dependencies
- Quality insurance for running operation as well as preparation and execution of Service Review Meetings with external service providers
- Consulting and support of SAP BI projects with respect to operative and support issues
- Control of implementation of smaller work packages and customizing

Skill:
- Profound know how in SAP BW 7.0 SAP BO XI 3.1 and BI 4.0 helpful for cost estimates, estimating ticket run times, etc., but not mandatory
- ITIL V3 Foundation certificate highly preferred but not mandatory
- Good know how in service management tools nice to have
- Good understanding of contract law
- Good MS Office know how, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Proactive, highly customer and service oriented
- Managerial skills with respect to control of providers

language skill: German, English, both fluent
