Bi-Lingual IT Support Advisor is required for our global investment bank client based in Zurich (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic)
You will be customer focused, may already come from a support desk environment, or be a graduate within Information technology.
Communication skills are key, it would also be useful to have some experience of investment banking also.
The successful candidate will work within the eCommerce customer support center, providing internal and external stakeholders with technical support via phone, chat and email. You will be interacting on a daily basis with internal 2nd and 3rd level support staff, Traders/Sales/Client Relationship teams and with external client technical staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring system infrastructures, as well as, coordinating and escalating to other production support teams and business groups.

- You must possess an extraordinary Client focus
- Excellent communication skills, as you have to be able to express yourself effectively in both business terms and technology terms
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English is a must, plus one or two additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic) is considered a strong plus
General interest and understanding of Internet technology, as well as understanding of most common Operating Systems.
