BI INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER/HOOFDDORP, NETHERLANDS

ENDEAVOUR RECRUITMENT has an exciting contract opportunity for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our leading client based in Hoofddorp, close to Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Our client is setting up a BI environment to support their BI project applications. The environment will consist of different components and applications. The engineer will be part of the BI team and liaise directly with the infrastructure teams.

The engineer will function as the communication point between the BI project team and the infrastructure and operation departments. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

- Excellent communication skills, can work independently, can manage their own tasks and time and deliver within agreed timelines.
- General infrastructure/hardware knowledge
- Experience in management as well as delivery of storage solutions (preferred Netapp) and experience with both physical and virtual infrastructure
- Proven knowledge of RH linux, proven Know how in Linux implementations
- Proven knowledge of Windows implementations

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

- experience with networking technologies (Cisco, Checkpoint)
- experience with database systems

LOCATION: Hoofddorp near Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

RATE: Up to euro 56 per hour
