ROLE REQUIREMENTS

In this interesting and challenging role you will contribute by developing solutions in the Business Intelligence environment, data transformation and creating internal and external (managed) reports.

Main activities involve:

- Analyse, review business and user requirements
- Data analyses/profiling on source systems
- Perform software impact analysis
- Design of logical and technical data model
- Technical design
- Development of software
- Quality Assurance
- Create and maintain system documentation
- 3rd line support for operations
- Pro-actively contributes to the team strategy

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience with information analysis, design and data modelling
- Experience with dimensional Modelling (Kimball) and Star Scheme database design is ideal
- Experience in Business Intelligence
- Experience with ETL tooling (PowerCenter version 9.x is ideal)
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in complex high volume environments
- Goal and result oriented
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Takes initiative and responsibility for the results produced
- Service-oriented attitude
- Work accurately and pays attention to reliability and quality
- Degree level

SALARY DETAILS

Rate: Market rate

Duration: 6 month contract initially, possible extension
