BI Developer - SSAS/SSIS/Hadoop

Projektbeschreibung
Renowned & Innovative ECommerce organisation requires an experienced MS BI Developer with a proven track record of developing/enhancing Data Warehouses, utilising SSAS/SSIS. The role will be very much a hands-on development role working on some big projects, including SQL Upgrade, extension and enhancements to datawarehourses and changing feeds to Hadoop. If you have experience of Hadoop this will be beneficial, but if not, you will gain good exposure to it as the company is using Hadoop as a data source.
Core skills for the role are:
- SSAS/SSIS
- DATA WAREHOUSING
- PERFORMANCE TUNING
- HADOOP (IDEALLY, BUT IF NOT, YOU WILL BE GIVEN COMMERCIAL EXPOSURE TO IT)
The client is based in Cambridgeshire, but is easily commutable from London and The Midlands. This contract role is initially a 6 month contract.
