BI Developer - Qlikview

Our client, a Global Insurance company, has a specific immediate requirement for an experienced QlikView Developer, ideally with a knowledge of Insurance and/or Financial Services applications and contact center operations.

The role will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To conceptualize, design and deliver BI models (end-to-end design and development of QlikView-based reporting applications, built from existing datamarts or involves creating new required data structures and feeds);
- Prepare technical design documentation for approval where required;
- On time and on budget delivery of the project in an Agile (XP/Scrum) environment;
- Develop QlikView BI software components for a variety of Insurance, Financial
- Creating user guides
- Good Data Analysis skills with ability to produce high quality deliverable;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present facts and data in a logical fashion tailored to the level of business;
- An excellent team player with experience of leading a small team;
- Good working knowledge of RDBMS: Oracle or SQL Server.

Desirable Skills

- Data warehouse experience
- Insurance knowledge experience
