Work Experience: 5+ years as BI Business Intelligence Developer, SSAS, SSIS, Excel Power Pivot, VSTO, .NET (C#), Oracle

DESCRIPTION:

Under general direction of technical team lead completes high quality, well designed and implemented solutions/services that makes appropriate use of technology

Work with business users to refine requirements;

Create and/or validate technical design documents;

Interface with project development team and contribute to technical decisions;

Interact with project managers/business analysts/team leads for effort estimates;

Write high quality Unit tested code;

Directly interact with business users to identify/resolve issues;

Facilitate UAT and QA testing;

Facilitate deployment of changes;

Other duties as may be required.

SKILLS:

5+ years experience with the following technologies:

SSAS (Tabular Preferred), SSIS, Excel Power Pivot

Visual Studio Tools for Office(VSTO), Excel Development

.NET (C#)

Oracle

End user interaction experience

Must have good communication skills.

Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):

TIBCO Businessworks

Financial/Capital Markets application development experience

Trading Systems Implementation experience

Any Finance certifications an asset
