BI Data Intergration

- Expert knowledge and deep experiences on state-of-the-art integration technologies (Messaging Middleware, Database replication, REST APIs, Data Virtualization, ETL technologies, Big Data etc) at enterprise level
- Expert knowledge on integration architectural patterns
- Demonstrated abilities to mentor and lead multiple application development projects that involve different business and technical domains. Must be able to manage vendors as well
- Should be in a position to understand enterprise landscape and ensure to adhere to the same
- Experience in application architecture and design, provide guidance to teams in design direction and strategy; set standards in documentation
- Define standards and mentor project teams of development life cycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: Shell Scripts, version control systems;
- Excellent abilities to communicate with technical and business stakeholders at different levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and an analytical skills

A sound understanding of the key business activities/domain (Clinical, data analytics). An ability to think about business processes outside of the technology context.
