BI Data Architect

Responsibilities: * Developing and maintaining ETL scripts to stage data for data analysis and reporting * Designing, developing and maintaining database objects * Ownership of data * Providing development and production support * Analyzing complex data systems and document data elements, flow, relationships and dependencies in order to contribute to conceptual, logical and physical data models * Database tuning and monitoring performance monitoring and tuning * Implementing SQL best practices in database coding and design Requirements: * 8+ years of high level knowledge in relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server) * 8+ years of extensive experience writing SQL scripts, PLSQL and MSSQL stored procedures, functions, triggers and user defined functions * 5+ yrs of experience in data integration and analysis * 3+ years of experience working with any ETL or BI tools and analytical modelling techniques (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) * 3+ years of experience working with Crystal Reports and SSRS * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science * Experience working in the financial markets Full medical/dental and 401K plans included.
