Major Ecommerce organisation is looking to hire Business Intelligence Data Analyst with specific experience of Querying data in SQL & Hadoop toolsets. As the BI Data Analyst you will be working in an Agile team be responsible for building a strong data quality culture, developing enterprise scale BI solutions and ensuring data delivered is validated and tested.
Core technical skills for the role are:
- Strong data querying in both MS SQL and any Hadoop toolsets
- Agile
- Experience/understanding of Automated/Load testing & concepts
- Hadoop and related toolsets, (SQL Server 2008 R2, SSMS, SSRS, SSAS, and Excel)
- Data Mining/Queries/Schema Design
The role is initially 3 to 4 months and offers a great working environment on exciting new projects. The company is based in Cambridgeshire, easily commutable from surrounding counties including London.
