BI DATA ANALYST/+3 MONTHS/BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

For one of my clients I'm urgently looking for BI Data Analyst with experience on IBM Banking Datawarehouse Model (BDW). In this role as a BI Data Analyst your main objective will be to design the data model of the "Data Integration Layer" that will transform and filter the data between the Payments Stack (operations) and Finance (Financial reporting)

Required skills

- Good knowledge of the business and banking processes
- Good understanding of the link between Operations and Financial reporting
- Banking General Ledger concepts
- Knowledge of the uniform data model based on IFW BDW industry standard (IBM) is a definite plus
- Datamodelling
- UML modelling language and class diagrams
- (nice-to-have) ETL processing (event based processing, streaming of data, data lake, )
- Meta data management and architecture
- Knowledge of IBM Infosphere Information Integration Suite is a nice to have
- Knowledge of Datamodelling tools will be added advantage
- Great level of autonomy in the execution of tasks and preparation of advice, and independently makes decisions on the implementation
- Ability to document decisions and explain these to non-IT colleagues.
