BI Consultant CRM Dashboard Dev - Brussels - 9months - French Speaker

PROJECT SCOPE:

The Customer-centric CRM program aims to boost the CRM effectiveness to support the achievement of the RPB revenue targets and Direct Sales ambition of 50% in 2020 through optimized ROI.

The program is organised around 5 program streams, all led by one or two key program stakeholders:

- Campaign ROI optimization
- Event-based campaigning
- Campaign governance
- CRM processsales funnel) both reporting on strategic as operational KPI in order to optimize our leads-to sales efficiency. The development of this dashboard will be part of the CRM project, however, will be developed in the Analytical Data Foundation team, part of the Customer Analytics team.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:

I am looking for a BI SPECIALIST with strong developer SKILLS IN DATA EXTRACTION AND DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT.

The activities will consist of:

- Business Analysis
- Workshop with Contact strategy & Consent management business owners & analysts to gather the requirements
- Work in collaboration with other technical teams to share data
- Data extraction with SAS
- Define the template and develop the content of the Dashboard with Spotfire
- Industrialize the process to run define periodicity
- Document the project (functional and technical part)

DURATION: 9 months

French Fluently

Dutch Preferable

English Written communication

GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SQL AND SAS

5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF BI SOLUTIONS.
