Business Analyst

As our Business Analyst you will:
Define, challenge and prioritize reporting requirements with customer intelligence department during the different project sprints;
Prepare and deliver a comprehensive
Supporting product owner for writing of user stories;
Define the conceptual data model and review the logical data model;
Review functional specifications;
Contribute, to the definition of test scenarios for business acceptance testing;
Support execution of BAT
Ensure information continuity on business requirements, both functional and non-functional, for the creation of software and application solutions (documentation, knowledge hand-over, etc.)

Qualifications

hold a higher educational background in economics or information technology;
have at least 3 years of professional experience in an analytical job working on larger IT projects;
Can demonstrate a successful experience within a retail department.
Experience in the energy sector with knowledge of market data.
can translate complex reporting requirements to improve customer knowledge into solid functional specifications;
possess strong structuring
are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
communicate effectively on all levels of the company both inside IT and the business;
have experience in organizing and leading workshops;
easily build constructive relationships and are skilled in bringing the different parties together in a co-creation spirit;
master English and are at least proficient in Dutch and/or French.
