BI Business Analyst

Our client, a large financial organisation, is looking for two BUSINESS ANALYST\'S who have solid Business Intelligence experience, to join their Datawarehouse team.

It will be your responsibility to:

- Understand business and reporting issues, with particular focus on data, business drivers, and efficiency of the reporting process
- Interface with the business on reporting needs, and document reporting and data requirements.
- Translate business needs to technical requirements for reporting

To be considered for this role, you must have solid BUSINESS ANALYSIS SKILLS including requirements gathering and process improvement, as well as:

- EXPERIENCE WORKING ON DATAWAREHOUSE AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PROJECTS
- Understanding of star schemas and star design
- Experience in Datamodelling, Datamarts, DWH, Oracle and Teradata
- Extensive experience in the IT systems development life cycle
- An ability to work with all levels of management
- Initiative to problem solve and complete tasks
- Financial services experience would be highly regarded

Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills are essential, as is an ability to conceptualise and think creatively.
