BI/BO SUPPORT CONSULTANT - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH only

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Relevant university degree or equivalent in one of the following subject areas:
- Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
- Certified BI/BO or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the BI domain
- Knowledge of BODS, SAS or quick view is an asset
- Strong communicator and good team player
- Familiar with ITIL and IT Service management (roles and processes)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Manage all technical aspects of the Business Objects migrations processes.
- Contact point for:
- Application migration program manager and project leaders
- Customer development projects managers and developers
- Responsible to Perform BI/BO installation, configuration and migration
- Follow-up of any major problems, critical issues, problems related to BO within the application migration program
- Coordination, troubleshooting and resolving BO pre and post migrations issues
- Scrupulous followed of the rules and the respect for quality and KPI
