F2B Client Self Servicing and Automated Execution

Summary:

- Challenging and exciting job as a Requirements Engineer
- Responsible for data collection, analysis, development and validation of business requirements for the project and the translation of this business requirements into standardized IT specifications
- Opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the goals and needs related to the business processes
- Responsible for the preparation of artifacts for the relevant phase of the Business Initiative (Business Requirements, Features List, Specifications and Requirements List)
- Working closely with the business, the IT application owner and the IT project
- Collaboration in a motivated and professional team

Skills:
Preferred skills:

- Strong skills in the analysis and specification of Business Rule-, Screen- and Interface Requirements
- Strong communication skills for peer- (Requirement Engineers, Solution Architect, Test Engineer) and Business communication (Business Application Owner, Business Analysts, Business User)
- Strong skills for logical and cross linked thinking
- Good ability for self organization and independent working
- Knowledge about workflow steered/supported processes
- Basic knowledge about the banking business
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Requirement engineers, Project leads, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
- Strong ability to work both independently and integrated in a project team
- Good time-management

Advantageous skills:

- Experienced with the usage of JIRA, Polarion, Quality Center
- Experienced with the usage of Visio
- Experienced with Agile (SCRUM)
- Experience in application development projects following incremental and iterative approaches (RUP, Agile)
- Knowledge about banking environment
- Experience in Credits domain, Risk Management
- Motivation to contribute software improvements in an interesting environment experience in banking or finance industry
- Experience with workflow, particularly with workflow automation/straight-through-processing

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required
- 5 or more years' experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
