My client a leading global financial software company with an international presence is looking for a Benefits Specialist who can handle the pressure, work at a fast pace and who can always deliver.

Rate: £350-600 a day (depending on experience)

Contract: 3 months but likely to extend

The Role:
As a Benefits Specialist, you will work with the Global Head of Benefits to assist with the annual benefits renewal activities. We look for people who thrive in a focussed and fast-paced environment and like to have fun. To be successful, we are seeking someone who is a self-starter and can manage an end to end benefit review process for multiple countries, whilst making decisions that are backed by a sound, business rationale.

Key priorities for the successful candidate:
* Work with global and local brokers and regional HR teams to determine the best course of action in relation to benefit renewals that take into consideration our key principles of cost effectiveness, competitiveness, simplicity and flexibility
* Conduct the review and renewals of risk and health insurance benefits in Belgium, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and Taiwan
* Conduct the pension reviews and/or harmonisation of plans in Austria, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden
* Assist with the benefit communications project and roll-out of benefit summaries across the US, APAC, India and MEA regions, to include the renewed benefits information
* Seek input from a variety of internal sources and data to ensure that all benefit decisions are backed by a strong business case that help attract and retain our diverse population
* Assist with keeping the Global Benefits Database up-to-date with key information on each plan
* Provide support to the Benefits team, where needed

Required Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in benefits and renewal activities
* Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to manage a busy workload
* Ability to work well within a team - both locally and internationally
* Capable of managing internal and external stakeholders and come to a mutually acceptable decision
