My major public health sector client is urgently looking to fill a Senior Benefits Manager role where where you will ideally have recent DS - Disclosure Scotland security clearance although my client will consider non security cleared candidates should you have exceptional experienace as per the above required skills and have the ability to become security cleared.
Your previous background in addition to the public health sector will also involve at least 5-6 years working as a Benefits Manager to include all aspects of benefits management practive, ie Identifying and quantifying, valuing and appraising as well as benefits realisation and reviewing benefits.
You will have excellent customer, supplier & stakeholder focused skills to include in-depth negotiation, planning and documentation who would have some knowledge of cross government IT policies, Data protection Act & Information Assurance Policies.
