BENEFITS MANAGER - PUBLIC SECTOR - PRINCE 2 - CTC

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to ensuring benefits are aligned to the department's strategic outcomes; Contribute to ensuring that the benefits map illustrates the relationship between outcomes and outputs so that realisation between the benefits can be mapped and tracked; Ensure that benefits are sufficiently defined and appropriate means of measurement are in place in order that benefits can be tracked across the lifetime of the programme; Tracking benefits across the lifetime of the programme utilising appropriate tools and techniques; Supporting development and maturing of the Benefits Realisation Strategy and Plan; Planning and execution of benefits realisation.

YOU WILL:

1. Drive out benefits both cashable & non-cashable across transformation

2. Managing benefits capture and reporting

3. Producing a benefits strategy

4. Working with PMO Benefits manager to establish a plan for embedding a benefits culture across IE

5. Transfer of knowledge to internal staff

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

1. Fully competent in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

2. Knowledge and experience of using of PPM tools and techniques

3. Experience of benefits capture and realisation and how this adds value to the business

4. Understands and delivers high quality benefits support for the business

5. Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders and/or external delivery partners and managing performance against KPI's

6. Experience of supporting organisational change

7. Ability to be self-motivated within a small team and a proven track record of paying close attention to detail.
