I am looking to hire a Benefits Manager in London for one of my public sector client.

This is a contract role for 3 months with possible extension.

KEY TASKS & DELIVERABLES:

1.Drive out benefits both cashable & non-cashable across transformation

2. Managing benefits capture and reporting

3.Producing a benefits strategy

4.Working with PMO Benefits manager to establish a plan for embedding a benefits culture across IE

5. Transfer of knowledge to internal staff

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

1.PRINCE 2

2. MSP

3 APMG International Benefits.

4.Fully competent in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

5. Knowledge and experience of using of PPM tools and techniques

6.Experience of benefits capture and realisation and how this adds value to the business

7. Understands and delivers high quality benefits support for the business

8. Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders and/or external delivery partners and managing performance against KPI's

9.Experience of supporting organisational change

10. Ability to be self motivated within a small team and a proven track record of paying close attention to detail.
