BENEFIT COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTINGneeded for a FULL TIME/CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.
TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

-Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
-7-9 years of extensive experience auditing retirement plans, such as pension, 403(b), 401(k) and 457 plans.
-Experience handling benefits-related legislation/regulations and compliance requirements (eg ERISA, - PPACA, COBRA, etc.)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

-Assist and/or lead several projects such as : Annual retirement plan audits
-Maintaining on-going internal compliance audits - PeopleSoft optimization projects
-Managing benefit related projects, vendor conversions, HRIS conversions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

-Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
-7-9 years of extensive experience auditing retirement plans, such as pension, 403(b), 401(k) and 457 plans.
-Experience handling benefits-related legislation/regulations and compliance requirements (eg ERISA, - PPACA, COBRA, etc.)

-Intermediate level use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
