Bench Scientist Laboratory Technician Job

BENCH SCIENTIST LABORATORY TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in St Louis, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Laboratory based performing routine procedures (SOPs) of moderate complexity such as routine molecular biology tasks, DNA purification, buffer preparation and operation of standard robot protocols, including the dispensing of compounds and the operation of automated storage machinery.
- Records data and maintains a laboratory notebook.
- Works under direct supervision and operate to GMP standards.
- Performs the audits and issues the approvals for Raw Materials, Stability, Laboratory, Microbiology, Validation and all intermediate materials reports
- Gather and trend data for Periodic Product Reviews for all value streams produced by the site.
- Assist with site consumer complaint program.
- Use computer skills to develop, update and maintain data management systems.
- Generates measures of performance for the Quality Department, including trend analysis to support the continued verification program.
- Assist with the Level 1 audit program for the QA group.
- Comply with all operational safety, process safety, environmental permits, Quality policies, procedures and training requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science field.
- Zero to three (0-3) years laboratory experience
