Behaviour Coach

We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Coach to work on a temporary contract in a Further Education college in Wakefield, Yorkshire.

Working with post 16 students, the successful candidate must be skilled, passionate and committed individual to work in this Yorkshire post-16 College, working within the Colleges ALS and SEN departments, providing cross-college support. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Note Taker to join a fast-growing Further Education College with an expanding curriculum. The purpose of this role is to assist students with behavioural issues so they can improve their skills, and motivate them to successfully complete their college journey

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting pupils in a Classroom environment as well as offering on-going, one to one mentoring during the course in order to enhance the pupils experience and allow them to access the curriculum.

To be considered for this position, we require candidates who holds relevant educational qualifications and have previous experience of working within student support in a Further Education setting. Candidates will also be able to demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development, good written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work in a timely and effective manner.
