BDA Analyst

SUMMARY
A leading Tier 1 bank is currently searching for a talented support analyst to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The individual will be expected to understand the difference in Conceptual, Logical and Physical Modelling and have a basic understanding of technical Architecture. This role will involve liaising with Technical Architects, Solutions Architects, Integrations Architects and Enterprise Architects.

We require a data analyst to support the data architecture duties of conceptual and logical data modelling, golden source analysis, metadata management, and data inventory work.

SKILLS
. Experience working in development of business analysis and business data requirements within Financial Services industry
. Experience of working in development of business data and information models
. Solid understanding and experience of integrating business data architectures with IT data architecture
. Knowledge of physical data analysis and profiling
. Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
. Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
. Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems
. Strong communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations) with all level of stakeholders
. Good conflict resolution skills
. Typical qualifications would include a Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience
