BD/PM for Well Testing & Intervention

The position would have combined responsibility for leading the sales effort in the areas of Well Testing and Project Management. As such, the position will have 2 reporting lines to the UK managers for these two Service Lines, plus a functional reporting line to the UK BD Manager. Working with the account management team, the position will be responsible for identifying and/or defining potential opportunities for these 2 services within the UK market, and then following up to develop and implement the win strategy. This will include leading the preparation of proposals and tender responses, with relevant technical support from the Service Line teams. The ideal candidate will have experience of well testing and intervention (wireline, coiled tubing and/or recompletion) operations, and have undertaken Sales and/or BD roles including the preparation of tenders, innovative pricing structures, management of commercial risk, and the use of 'Upsell' techniques. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of a disciplined opportunity development process, market analysis, the principles of client relationship management and internal leadership of opportunity-specific strategy development.
