BCP Documentation Analyst Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BCP DOCUMENTATION ANALYST to join our client in Stamford, CT.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and updating of Business Continuity Plans in LDRPS and Business Impact Analysis in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Document meeting minutes and action items.
- Help produce monthly Scorecard/Metrics (exercises, incidents, BCP Program Status).
- Assist in the LDRPS Data Cleanup (Vendor, Service Now, and App Names).
- Help coordinate BCP exercises including producing exercise documentation.
- Track/review exercise results - drive closure and ensure that they are loaded in the appropriate repositories.
- Assist in the coordination and testing of the Emergency Notification System.
- Assist with Supplier Management deliverables: Identification critical suppliers, Recovery Time Objective for applications, Maximum Allowable Downtime Validation for critical processes, and Supplier BCP/DR Supplier Plan Reviews.
- Help Coordinate Supplier BCP exercises.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Two (2) Years+ Experience with business continuity.
- Business Continuity Planning Certification or a comparable certification preferred.
- Living Disaster Recovery Planning System (LDRPS) Knowledge.
- Emergency Notification System experience a plus.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to communicate and interface with diverse audiences.
- Calm under pressure. Able to multi-task in stressful situations.
- Strong project execution skills.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, mission-critical, Matrix management environment.
