Unix Systems Administrator - Investment Banking

A leading global Investment Bank is currently seeking to hire a Unix Systems Administrator to join the Operations team and provide high level support of Linux and Solaris Technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

- Build, deploy and maintain technology infrastructure and provide operational support
- Provide a secure environment, managing and mitigating risks
- Audit controls & processes
- Review existing controls
- Patch management & technical security compliance
- Monitor & manage capacity, performance, health and availability of host machines
- Provide detailed reporting KPIs and metrics

Required skills:

- Expert level technical knowledge of Unix Administration, Linux and Solaris, load balancing, clustering, network & host security
- Red Hat, Shell Scripting
- Ticketing, monitoring, BAU Operations
