Base24 Production Support - 6 month contract - Harrogate

Exciting company in the financial services sector are currently recruiting for a Base24 Production Support Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

Role purpose:
Responsible for the support of the Base 24 Core Application team within Production, supporting the ATM and FPS portfolio work stream, providing advice and counsel in area of responsibility to Operations Management, Project and Executive teams.
Responsible for ensuring optimum system availability and integrity, including planning, scheduling and timetabling of own workload.
Responsible, in conjunction with other Production teams, Development and Testing, to ensure that Application functionality and stability meets current and future needs of the business and members alike.

ATCHCOM
TACL utility programming & analysis
Understanding of financial industry protocols including ISO8583, LIS5, VISA, Mastercard and ATM message protocols (NDC+, Diebold, Triton)
Understanding of financial industry hardware including ATMs, HSMs and related standards and security requirements
Experience of MasterCard & Visa interfaces
