Projektbeschreibung
ROLE: BARSCAN ARCHITECT
LOCATION: ZURICH
DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS+
DELIVERY
The incumbent is required to study the DD/transition documents and gain understanding of customer business
He/She should have an expertise on end to end Device life cycle management process
He/She shall be aware of using the device to scan the asset tag of the client device and update the asset status in the asset database which shall be the retrieved by BARSCAN server
He/She shall be knowing the DiskWipe tool and shall use the device to wipe the device. After the device has been wiped, the tool shall automatically update the asset status in the asset database.
He/She shall be expertise on setting up the BARSCAN server that functions as the asset database and shall be integrated with ITSM toolset.
He/She should be aware of scanning the asset tag by using the BARSCAN client.
He/She should be aware of moving the device to either End of lease stock or End of life stock, update the asset register and close the ticket with the updated asset status and the device wipe certificate.
REPORTS/REVIEWS
Publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on stock availability
Reviewing the weekly/monthly dashboards
Publishing dashboards internally and to customer
QUALITY
Using the trend analysis to identify the areas of improvement
Initiate and own SIP's/CIP's/Lean/Six Sigma projects
Working with SQA team to comply on ISO standards
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Drive the team to reach the defined targets
Ensure training and development of the team members
Mentor team members on technical and communication aspects.
