Brevco is currently looking for an experienced Bar & Restaraunt Manager in Madrid, Spain.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English.
The main manager's function would be to manage 2 bars & restaraunts:
- Staff (schedules, training, discipline)
- Suppliers
- Payments
- Promotion and online marketing
- Food and drinks development (menus)
- Cost analysis and pricing
- Accounts (and analysis)
- Quality control (product and service)
