We are currently looking for a bar Coding Roll Out Consultant

Job: Drive the company's contractor workforce into efficient use of the Bar Coding Solution

Isle of France, Paris region

Asap, 4 weeks contract

TECHNICAL

- Should have good Consulting and Business Change skills

DELIVERABLE

- Provide Change Management support management and personnel in line with developing Change Management and Training proposal and plans.
- Work closely with local management to provide the required operating environment and support, including additional staff effort if required, to achieve a substantial volume (proportion) of stock bar coded and located.
- Assist the contractor to adjust local processes to make the workforce more efficient
- Identify blockers and resolve, if possible, or elevate for resolution if appropriate.
- Keep the management informed of progress, through the programme team and France Head office
- Agree any proposed changes to process design with UK and France teams
- Provide a flagship for the global deployment of bar coding training and change management being developed by the company.
- Identify potential pitfalls, DOS and don'ts, areas for improvement and assist with developing change management global approach

PERSONAL

- Must be a native French speaker and able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to remain cheerful under adversity
- Liaise closely with end users, team members and other Support teams
- Interact with customers to get an understanding of business issues
- Good problem solving and diagnosis ability.
- Able to Work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Methodical, conscientious and able to work with minimal supervision
- Results driven.
